How Can I Set Hotmail as my Default Web page in Windows 7?

Microsoft and MSN have been partners in Internet projects for a long time. MSN is a giant in Internet communication systems and e-mail. On the other hand, Microsoft is the software Giant that releases the best OSes in the world. Microsoft and MSN share their specialties and utilities with each other. They also share their resources so that they can increase the productivity in the combined projects. MSN Messenger is a part of the Windows 7 software bundle in the name Windows Messenger. This mutual partnership, which is very healthy, benefits both the parties very highly. Microsoft even provides Windows Tech Support for the applications like MSN Messenger or Windows Messenger.
MSN’s Email system is called Hotmail. Hotmail group is the pioneer in the commercial email system (The first email system was invented and used by the US Defense systems). Hotmail is a very good and efficient email system offering very high security. They also have a long history in e-mail service than any other providers in the current market. The Hotmail email service is preferred very much by most of the business firms and corporations due to the secure infrastructure. Hotmail’s Reliability and Flexibility makes it very dear to professionals.
You can set Hotmail as the Home page in your Internet Explorer. In Windows the inbuilt browser is Internet explorer 9 or IE9. You can set Hotmail account as home page in Internet Explorer very easily by following the instructions given below:
Power ON your PC.
After booting Windows 7, open Internet Explorer by double clicking on the IE shortcut on desktop or by clicking icon from the start menu or from the taskbar.
After you have opened the Internet Explorer, navigate to the Hotmail page. You can go directly or via MSN Webpage.
Now Enter your username and password in the blanks provided. And click on the box for ‘Keep Me Signed in’. After that press the Sign In button.
Now click the arrow beside the home button and select Add or Change Home page from the drop list. Now click on Current page under the Home page option. This will set your mailbox as the home page.
Now close Internet Explorer and open it again and you can see that your Home page is Hotmail Inbox.
Now you have Hotmail as your Home page. I have saved you a lot of time needed for contacting Windows Tech Support.
